RecommendedI've been to Mccormick & Schmick's before and always enjoyed their food however my review is not about the food, rather the service. I went there in need of assistance after loosing my phone at a concert the night before. I don't even think they were open yet. I was extremely stressed out and upset. The server, and bartender (I'm upset that I didn't even get their names) were so sweet. They calmed me down and offered me water. I love this restaurant. My go to place where I have a taste for desert and sea food
I have been here before but this was the first time in about 5 years and it was delicious.
I was so disappointed with the CS I received on yesterday. I found it very odd that I had not spoken to anyone while waiting to be served, we received water by default because the people next to us had already recieved their glasses, Emily Skinner never came to address the issue after asking to speak with her several times, the customers that had sat down after us had received their meals and seemed to be enjoying the evening. Needs to be better staffed with friendly, efficient staff... especially on nights when there is a concert at the big concert venue right next door!
Love it here! Great at the bar during Happy Hour-wonderful eating outside on a sunny day. Very tasty food. I highly recommend you try it!
