A totally disappointing experience. My wife an I decided to try a new place since i was looking for a steak we choose McCormick & Schmick's Seafood & Steaks. Let's just say we should have left because things started off bad and went downhill quickly. When we came into the restaurant the hostess wasn't at her podium but returned pretty quickly. Steak was chewy , swordfish with crab dry and salty and then they bring us out check not itemized . We requested the itemized bill and low and behold they charged us for 2 things we didn't order ! One was another steak !!
Went there tonight for dinner with friends before a show at Pier 6. We waited over 30 minutes for our 5:45 reservation. The service was horrible. We waited 10 minutes for a waiter to show up. We saw him once during the meal. We got no bread, no drink refills, and had to track him down to get our check. The place was grossly understaffed. The food was mediocre. Vey disappointed.

Our evening was excellent. Food was delicious. Rebecca was our server and she was absolutely awesome. She was so cheerful and has such an great personality. She really made our night even more enjoyable! Plus, we sat outside and had a wonderful view of the fireworks in the Harbor.
