From Whitney at the front desk to Sonya to the Doctor everyone was friendly and informative. I enjoyed meeting and talking to each. They treated me as friend not just another patient to rush through the process. I will be recommending them to my family and friends.

Please explain to new patients the paperwork is available on line or mail it out. I had so much to fill out while waiting that I took it back and worked on it most of the visit. My appointment was scheduled almost a month in advance, there was plenty of time to explain that, mail it to me, guide me to the website, put it down in the reminder email and text that was sent out....

This is something we try very hard to do for all of our patients as we understand, just like all medical offices, there is a lot of paperwork it seems like for the first appointment. The Best got better. No changes needed. Dr Kimmel and staff had set a very high standard for client service. The level of committment for client care is second to none. Why would anyone go to any other Doctor, when we have the best provider in Central Indiana here in NW Hancock County!

It was the best visit I've had at the dentist in a long time. Everyone is friendly and professional. I didn't have to wait past my appointed time and the cleaning was thorough.
I enjoy getting my teeth cleaned at Dr. Kimmels office. They are great to work with and are gentle when cleaning my teeth.

Thanks for having everything done on site, same day. It's much better than having to return in a week to finish things. Everyone was great.
I knew when going in for four fillings would be a challenge. Two on top and two on the bottom all of which were on the left side. They discussed the process, swabbed be, numbed me and let the everything take effect before beginning the process. I didn't feel a thing. It was done cleanly, professionally and efficiently. After the numbness wore off in a couple hours everything functioned normally without any pain. Great job!
