Pain management is great, and they make it a point to make sure you understand everything they do with you while you're there.
All staff were wonderful. Anytime someone asks me where I go I always suggest here.
Always have felt very comfortable in the office.
From applying the numbing application to taking the X-ray and pictures, my experience was awful. Natasha was rushing, seemed inexperience, and unsure of how to perform the procedures successfully. It took several attempts to do each task, applying different size mouth pieces, etc. She was ruthless with the steel Omnicom camera jerking, stabbing, poking leaving the roof of my mouth and lips rough and raw. Very professional, courteous - and PAINLESS
Since I need an appt. every 3 or 4 months it is hard to find a time that matches my schedule. Adding Wens. back to the schedule would be nice. II could not get a sooner appt. so we had to go 6 months out this time.
Love the staff. Everyone makes me feel very comfortable.
The gal who took care of me went above and beyond expectation. I was exceptionally nervous, and she put me at ease. She even got a blanket when she realized that I was cold. Excellent care from exceptional staff! Thank you.
Loved my experience and the office is top notch! :)
