First appointment yesterday. The entire staff was thorough and friendly.
My husband and I are new patients at McCordsville Family Dentistry, and I couldn't be happier with our experience so far! The staff are so friendly, almost as if i had been a patient there for years. I will recommend Dr. Kimmel and his staff to everyone.
Everyone there is knowledgeable and kind. Before, during, and after, they explain the process, answer all my questions, and are always attentive to my needs or concerns. I like being able to get routine work (cleanings/fillings) done by the same person as more complicated procedures (crowns, implants) and Dr. Kimmel and his entire staff (including the assistants, hygienists, front desk, etc.) seem to really know what they're doing and enjoy doing it. Thank you for a great experience!

This is coming from someone who has a fear of going to the dentist. I actually enjoyed my exam/cleaning and am looking forward to returning in 6-months. The staff at this location are caring, knowledgeable, and friendly. I highly recommend them to anyone!

Once again, thank Caitlyn, the dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth, etc. She is so careful about pain, and quality of work, I can't thank her enough. I have such sensitive teeth, it is great to have the treatment pain free.

I had a great first experience at Mccordsville Family Dentistry. My care was very personalized, I didn't feel rushed. I felt like they listened to my concerns. The staff was very welcoming from the moment I walked in the door, it definitely helped calm my nerves. Matti was my dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth. She was very friendly and super informative. I actually learned quite a bit from her on caring for my teeth. I'm happy to say I'll will continue my dental needs along with my family.
