They ruined my friend’s oil pan. They stripped the bolt and tried welding to it and it’s in a plastic oil pan. So they melted it and covered it with fiberglass and proceeded to tell her that the bolt was too tight and she needed to take it to a dealership because they didn’t want to damage it. So they didn’t charge her therefore she got no receipt and deny that they did anything. One star review is too high. They need a negative star option.
