The staff is very attentive and pleasant. The food is very good and the portions are a good size. The historic atmosphere is welcoming. We would definitely recommend stopping in for cocktails or a meal, you can't go wrong with either!

We just finished our meal and our server Josh kuzman and our food was fabulous! Josh’s personality made our dining experience was wonderful. We’ll be back for sure! We highly recommend.
Stopped in for a light dinner and was pleasantly surprised at the menu selection and the courteous wait staff. We had the French onion soup and Caesar salad with chicken. They were both excellent. The drinks were bar room on tap . The best kind. Nathan was excellent and helped with drink selection. He is great recommendations on what to drink with dinner. The place is charming and reminds me of an old country pub with modern touch. Nice way to start the New Year. McCooles is very cool.

Awesome ambience, bar is classic and quaint. Good beer selection with a few original creations. Food was great and service was awesome.
