Good food, drinks and atmosphere! I always have a great time there.
Love it great place to eat and love the atmosphere
Was here for the first time two weeks ago and will definitely be back. Not only was the food wonderful, but the staff was fantastic! My family chose to meet at McCoole's to celebrate my brother returning home on leave from the Navy, and our server and the manager went above and beyond to make him feel appreciated. We will most certainly be back!
We were in today and here is what we had, The Burgers, one Bacon Cheese Burger one California Burger both with hiuse chips where fantastic, Liz our server was outstanding, it appeared to me that she was the only one waiting tables in the back dining room, and she handled it extremely professionally. She continued to make sure that everyone was taken care of and she did a great job. Had my husband's 50th Birthday at McCoole's. Both atmosphere and food were awesome! Great time with family and friends.
We really used to love this place, especially in a town overrun by chain restaurants, but both the service and menu have gone greatly downhill. Last night we were practically ignored by our waitress and our dinner and dessert took forever to arrive. The new menu limits choice with sides and also eliminated many meals. I had the crab cakes, which were good, but did not like the dry rice or green beans that came as an assigned side. Both food and service used to be much better. We're not too excited to return any time soon.
Food was great and waitress Kristine was very helpful in picking a delicious dinner for me !
I was taken there during the Christmas holiday the food and services were excellent. I will be looking forward coming back next time I am in town.
First time trying this place. Food was okay. Service was good. My prime rib came out medium instead of medium rare. Switched it for crab cakes as the prime rib was sold out (they had 7 left when we ordered). Crab Cakes came out ice cold in the center. I'll try again on a less crowded night to see if that helps the food temps.
