While the doctor was extremely nice, friendly, and professional, my interaction with the front desk receptionist the lady with the Afro was very disappointing. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist was rude, hostile, and aggressive—even while taking my payment. She also made me return my child’s sippy cup to the car in an unnecessarily harsh manner. I cannot recommend this outfit. Went to McCool for pain in left side of my neck. All he cared about was why I wasn’t seeing his wife, since the last time I had been there, I had seen her for allergies. He told me the pain in my neck was my carotid artery beating. It felt like a very smart ass observation and I left upset and dissatisfied. Shortly, thereafter, I ended up in the hospital for a WEEK with an infection as a result of the neck pain. Dr Bhuta and Dr McCool are two of the best doctors our family has had the pleasure to work with. Truly amazing and always willing to get to the root of the problem rather than just medicate symptoms. Dr Bhuta listens to you as a parent and to your mother instincts. This I appreciate so much in a world where we are so weary of the medical system. They make you feel right at home and are experts in their fields!
