After going through so many doctors after suffering with severe headaches, face pain, ear pain, neck stiffness/soreness, Dr. Bhuta found the problem. After several ENT visits to other offices, urgent cares, 3 trips to 3 different emergency rooms in the span of a year and a half, I felt absolutely defeated and honestly thought I was just going to die I was so miserable. While the providers at this facility are adequate. The office staff is terrible. They are extremely difficult to work with and lack adequate knowledge regarding insurance and insurance procedures. I would strongly suggest avoiding this practice if you want to avoid major headaches!
Incredibly slow. Ask you to arrive 15 minutes before the appointment but it was almost 2 hours before the doctor saw us. No apologies. A simple ear cleaning took 2 hours total. Do not seem to care whether they have patients or not
I now possess a sacred cathedral in my sinus cavities, where air flows freely, joyfully, and to previously unimaginable heights. I did not know breathing could be like this. While the doctor was extremely nice, friendly, and professional, my interaction with the front desk receptionist the lady with the Afro was very disappointing. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist was rude, hostile, and aggressive—even while taking my payment. She also made me return my child’s sippy cup to the car in an unnecessarily harsh manner.
