I am really put off by my experience which began with my being scheduled with a doctor that i did not ask for. Once i got there, the front desk person was far too busy to check me in (for a 9am appointment that i arrived at 8:30am for). What really sent me flying was that she asked to authorize a $70 charge for my copay but charged my card for $90. Dr. McCool is such a nice, respectful, and knowledgeable doctor. Appointment times for his office were quick, he was so patient with my child, and we never felt rushed in our appointments. We've been to 3 different ENT's, and I wish I had found Dr. McCool sooner. He takes the time to explain everything and answer all your questions. He was the first ENT where I really felt listened to. Seriously would recommend him!
