I recently had a bad roof damage at my house that leaked through two ceilings and two walls. I have to say that I am so grateful to my agent Brian McCollum (Erie) and my claim adjuster Brian McCoach for swiftly taking care of this problem. Again thank you Erie Insurance.

When McCollum says they are the cheapest - you really are the cheapest and the best rates around with the best service any girl could ever need. Thanks for always finding the discounts for me too. Anytime I need to make a change to my policy, your staff is ready and eager to help. When we had water damage in our basement and had to file a claim, again your staff contacted the appropriate people for us and expedited the process. I can't imagine a more customer service oriented organization.

I recently had my home and car insurance reviewed by McCollum Insurance, specifically, I was dealing with Kody Napierkowski. Not only did they save me a good amount of money on my premium and increase coverage, she took the time to answer the plethora of questions I had. I cannot say enough good things about Kody and how easy the process was.
