We had an awesome experience! Thomas was our waiter and he was fantastic! Make sure to ask for him!
Love Mcloud mountain !!! One of the prettiest places on earth. Hamburgers really good too. Also have eaten breakfast there before a hike.
The views were amazing and I was with family & friends, so I enjoyed my afternoon there. I have to be honest though, the service was terrible, and I was disappointed in the food as well. The crab cakes were good, but that's about it. I don't know if our server was having an off day or if it was his first day, but he was a hot mess. Once we were seated, everything was so slow, it was at least an hour & 1/2 after being seated before we got our entree. Too bad you just can't ride up and enjoy the views. I agree with several other reviews. Service was absolutely terrible and the food was okay but not at all what I had expected since you had to make reservations. Out-of several things...and wasn't told up front about that. Waited long period of time before getting refills or food...over 40 minutes for our entrees...hardly ever saw our waitress. Great food and very friendly staff. Prime rib, Ribs and the off menu brisket were fantastic. Definitely off the beaten path but you will love the view. Our only critique was the entree was served basically at the same time as our salads. Not a deal breaker by any means, we still totally enjoyed the meal.
We had a wonderful lunch! Views were amazing and the staff was very welcoming
