This is the second time we have been there. The view is always amazing. We knew in advance the food and service was a let down, so we prepared our guest in advance. It took approx 2 hours to get our food for 6. When the food came out my meal was not part of the food. They told me there was a miscommunication with my steak and they were cooking it. Took another hour and was disappointing�
Bartender was good and very attentive. She also happened to be our server and she was the same as a server. Food was very good and reasonably priced. View was spectacular and we hit it just at the right time to watch the sunset from the sky bridge. A trip we plan to repeat many time.
The views are amazing. We enjoyed that part. The service and food quality was horrible. We were there for two hours for a late lunch. We just expected the food and service to be a lot better. If you want return customers you need to step it up. We had considered staying at the lodge, so glad we didn't . I don't think I could have done more than one meal there. You have a great location, you could do better.
This place is absolutely beautiful!!!! The whole experience was excellent. When we arrived the gentleman at the gate, who really fit the mountain man look and feel, made us feel so welcomed and was so sweet and friendly. The views were amazing all the way up the mountain. The skywalk was breathtaking. When we arrived at the restaurant it was about 30 minuets before our reservation and expected to have to wait but the staff was so friendly and they went ahead and sat us at our table.
