horrible customer service.
RecommendedGreat sales and service. Stopped in late on Friday to buy fridge as old one had just quit. Staff helped find new fridge with similar features, agreed to take old one at no charge, and delivered new one Monday morning. Definitely would go back.
The best experience purchasing an appliance. Came in wanting a fridge for descent price since we didn’t know what we wanted. Found us one with a small dent for less money and I actually really liked it! Bought it, and delivered the same day and they went to assemble the shelving inside and realized there was some damage to the inside. Left and brought us back a brand new one for the same price 15 mins later! Best experience. Never buying appliances elsewhere.
I called today about an apartment for my 6 yr old and his cat (big boxes) they wanted their own place lol the McCloskey crew hooked us up with 2 big washer boxes now Oliver and Jake (our cat) have their own apartment and couldnt be happier!! Thank you Mccloskey!!!! I will call soon to get a condo (aka refrigerator box)
Terrible service. Bought brand new appliances in June. The broiler in the stove does not work. They were supposed to come fix it. The day they were gonna come they called and cancelled and were supposed to reschedule. Never called back. I called to see if they could come fix it. I was told they would give me a call back. I'm still waiting. It's September....

I would like to say that I love my new Whirlpool dishwasher. The young man who came to install it was very professional and polite. Got everything done and checked for any leaks . This is the second time I am doing business with you, and I have never been disappointed. Thank you!
We went in to McCloskey Appliance Center yesterday and within 20 minutes bought a new Refrigerator. The service in store was fantastic and friendly. The two fellas that delivered and set it up and hauled away the old one were extremely professional and friendly. I will recommend McCloskey Appliance Center to anyone that will listen, thank you McCloskey’s
These guys are the real deal! We bought a kitchen set (oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave) and also a dryer from McCloskey. They've been great through every sale, I can't say enough about their customer service. We will continue to give them our business!
