I drove 2 hours for my appointment and I was very satisfied! Dr. McClerklin wait time was like any other doctors visit. Dr. McClerklin came highly recommended and 8 did not mind driving the distance for my skin to get better. The staff was polite and I wish she would open a place in Myrtle Beach SC. I would recommend her to everyone who have problems with there skin. I Am Very Pleased!!!
Doctor very friendly and personable, but way overbooked. Over 2 hrs in waiting room. Satisfied with examination, but she left the room and we were never able to follown-up with questions. Nurse had prescriptions ready and told me pharmacy would answer questions (pharmacy suggested calling doctor with questions).
Over booking because she comes to O'burg once a week. She's a very good doctor.
The doctor overbooks her appointments and then when she came into the examination room, she took all of 5 minutes to talk to me. She didn't allow time for me to discuss my issue and prescribed medication totally unrelated to my issue.
