I'm living in this neighborhood for over 3 years, and it was my best decision to move for this beautiful place, it's convenient close to freeways 87, 280, 237 and 101, it's quiet, clean and keeping upgrading areas. But the best part. Leasing team Nikole, Mindy, and Maintenace team Pablo and Everardo are very professional, friendly and make me feel like in family. Thank you, McClellan Terrace Apartments Team.
This apartment is extremely noisy, with construction work happening every day and constant repairs that don’t seem to improve anything. The water pipes between rooms are very loud, and the intermittent boiler noises are incredibly irritating. Living here makes one realize how precious a quiet living environment truly is.
My husband and I recently moved into a renovated 2-bedroom 2-bathroom unit in McClellan Terrace Apartments. Everything about the application, leasing and moving in process was handled with such care and consideration. I had a very positive move-in experience. Mindy Vu-Tran was extremely professional, handling my application and move-in process quickly and proactively.
We recently moved to the McClellan Apartments from a single-family home as we are renovating our house. From day one, all the apartment staff have been amicable and sincere. Miguel and Nicole thoroughly explained all the leasing options and were very cooperative throughout the leasing process. Later, Mindy helped us resolve any issues in the apartment. The team’s responses have been prompt, and they are genuinely concerned about their tenants' needs.
