Since Foothill-De Anza (FHDA) Community College District took over management of McClellan Terrace Apartments, the quality of service has gone downhill. The staff in the leasing office are consistently rude, never answer phone calls, and rarely reply to emails. On the rare occasion they do, their responses are dismissive, saying they get “hundreds of emails” and don’t have time to respond. The management team is responsive and the location is great. However, it is noisy due to the construction, since we moved here from Sep 2024, there are construction 80% of time (8:30a-5p). The roof replacement causing huge sound like something falling and the whole building shaken, I know they had their plan but this is horrible living experience especially for my family with 3-month baby.
