Since Foothill-De Anza (FHDA) Community College District took over management of McClellan Terrace Apartments, the quality of service has gone downhill. The staff in the leasing office are consistently rude, never answer phone calls, and rarely reply to emails. On the rare occasion they do, their responses are dismissive, saying they get “hundreds of emails” and don’t have time to respond.
