The Worst experience with this dealership! I bought a pre-owned 2024 momentum fifth wheel, took it in for service since it was originally purchased from Mclains, I told them I wanted them to go through it, clean the tanks, and do a full detail on it. 3 weeks later they call me that that it needs a new battery, when I get a call it’s ready for pick up I go to pick up only to pay them for almost 2k in work then inspect it to find out they didn’t fully detail it they said they are short hand and had to have one of their advisor... read more
Talk to Richard (finance department) and Charles (sales department) we showed up Saturday and a week later are leaving with an rv, we got approved and financed and we got the rv we wanted. This dealership has a great team. We are truly blessed and grateful for their help. We are a young couple with big dreams and this is our first rv... we are super excited and mcclains rv made it happen.
We took our 2025 Grand Design in for service in December. When we dropped it off for service we told the service technician that we had a camping trip planned for the weekend of March 5th and would need the camper back no later than February 27th. The service technician said that wouldn't be a problem and that they would have it ready. First time buyer and I probably didn't ask "all" the questions, but Jacey was the greatest! She was so informative and answered all the questions I did ask, with such confidence! She showed me how to use all the controls and the even asked me to run the controls to make sure I was paying attention. I LOVED IT! McClains has done well with her and I hope they continue to treat her well!
