Are sales representative was super helpful and awesome through the whole process. However when it came down to buying it there was some steps missing. I wish little things would have been explained about the RV. Especially as a first time user I came home completely lost and how to work most appliances in the RV. For promising a 121 Point check there was a lot of things that were not functioning and that only got covered because I bought the warranty.
