Talk to Richard (finance department) and Charles (sales department) we showed up Saturday and a week later are leaving with an rv, we got approved and financed and we got the rv we wanted. This dealership has a great team. We are truly blessed and grateful for their help. We are a young couple with big dreams and this is our first rv... we are super excited and mcclains rv made it happen.
We took our 2025 Grand Design in for service in December. When we dropped it off for service we told the service technician that we had a camping trip planned for the weekend of March 5th and would need the camper back no later than February 27th. The service technician said that wouldn't be a problem and that they would have it ready. We have been calling for status on the RV for 2-3 weeks now to confirm our RV will be ready for pickup this week but have been unable to reach anyone by phone so my husband had to drive to the... read more
First time buyer and I probably didn't ask "all" the questions, but Jacey was the greatest! She was so informative and answered all the questions I did ask, with such confidence! She showed me how to use all the controls and the even asked me to run the controls to make sure I was paying attention. I LOVED IT! McClains has done well with her and I hope they continue to treat her well!
I am glad for those who have posted such positive reviews for the service department. That has sadly NOT been our experience. We have literally been lied to more than once by their staff. The high turnover at their shop is exhausting. Early June is 2025 we picked up the RV and we were told all issues had been fixed. So while on a TWO week trip we discovered on day 2 that the shower was not fixed and our entire bathroom leaked everywhere.
