We LOVE Dr Banks. You can tell she cares about your animals and doesn't mess around- she'll tell you how it is. We have healthy pups who need to go on a diet 😁we're very happy with this office.
I would not bring my senior cat anywhere else. Everyone is so kind to my grumpy cat even when he does not return the favor. Dr. Banks is fantastic about being thorough, spending time with us, and answering all my questions. I know he is getting the best care because she does not hesitate to reccomend care and treatments she does not provide if necessary. The entire staff is great about answering questions, fitting in same day appointments, and making sure prescriptions and supply needs are taken care of quickly. The best!
We were thoroughly impressed by Dr. Banks and her entire staff. We were greeted by an extremely friendly staff who made us feel very welcomed. Dr. Banks took the time to listen to our concerns, addressed each one, and answered all of our questions thoroughly. Highly recommend!

Without reservation, I highly recommend Dr. Banks. As a breeder of moyen poodles, my relationship with my vet and the team is an important part of my life. Dr. Banks and her team are not only all lovely caring people, but it is apparent they have a true love and passion in their careers as well. Dr. Banks and her staff are fantastic! We’ve been searching for a new vet. I called this morning as a new client with 2 sick dogs (one we just adopted last week). They got us right in. She did exams, medication and their testing for an unbeatable price!! She was so kind and loving and my fur babies loved them! So much that when we left my lab got off his leash while loading up and he ran back to their office!! 5 stars!! -The Mulligan Family
Dr. Banks is the BEST! We have laughed and cried together through the antics and grief of loving kitties of all ages. She is one of the finest veterinarians we have ever known and we certainly have met many across the country. Dr. Banks truly cares about your pet just as she does her own and her compassion and empathy match her incredible skills and knowledge. We are beyond grateful to Dr. Banks and her exceptional staff....and we love the new addition, Beans!
