McCarty Mulch of of 37 in Greenwood gives awful customer service! After a driver did considerable damage to our yard on Saturday, the owner calls my husband late on Monday afternoon and wants to go "halfsies" on the repair. He claims we didn't sign a waiver for going through our yard. We didn't sign a waiver because we weren't offered a waiver to sign. This place is one stop shopping for landscape products. I have been getting mulch, grass seed, straw, etc. from them for years, and their service is excellent. Often they can get my order delivered the same day! Their customer service staff and delivery drivers are friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. and the quality of their products are top-notch.
