I wouldn’t recommend any dealership that tries to sell a vehicle 8,000 dollars over KBB price... especially to a service member on Memorial Day... shame

Recently purchased a VW bus from this fine establishment. Drove over 5 hours from our home to Mccarthys to pick up, and can truly say our experience was so enjoyable, the people so nice we didn't want to leave. We've purchased many vehicles in the past 20 years, but this was by far the most enjoyable (and painless) purchase we've ever made. Wish all car dealerships operated in this style and manner. Truly a 5 star establishment!!!
We bought our SUV from here a year and a half ago. We love it. Mike was helpful and called to check on us 6 months and a year later. There wasn’t that cheesy/awkward vibe that I have gotten from other sales reps at other dealerships. The process was easy and not stressful. They sell quality cars and fair prices.
Ac went out in 2 months, battery in 3 months and transmission in 5. I was sold a lemon. I thought I was getting a great deal and loved the salesman. Now I’m just unhappy and disappointed.
I was very interested in a car they had on their lot via the internet. Called with some questions and was told the one I was looking had a ECU issue and had a check engine light on,but could sell it like that. Really?The salesman even told me there was no diagnosis port on the car,and they really couldn't tell what was wrong with it . Tried to get back in touch with them to see if it was resolved but never got a call back. Then I tried emailing them through their website. STILL no reply.
