The managers who will show you the homes aren't completely honest. They say they will fix things but you have to stay on them in order to get anything done. I moved in to their home on 2209 Hecker Avenue. The basement, when shown to me wasn't fixed back to they way it was before their maintenance teams flooded the basement with the toilet. Then after I seen the results they still didn't return it to how it was when the showed me the unit.
