extremely disappointed with Laura McCarthy & law firm. paid $2K for legal services, not completed. communication was POOR, no customer service, calls unanswered, had to hire another lawyer to finish the work, doubling our costs. we discovered they have negative 2 star reviews???, which sadly reflected our own experience. NO effort was made to resolve the situation. A disgrace to the legal system.
Laura and Melissa were great, I would definitely recommend this firm, helped make my separation and divorce as smooth as it could possibly be!
Great experience. Fill the forms out with the info you need, know what services you're getting, give any extra info they need. Got my documents quick and painless. Pretty straight forward if you follow the steps. 😉
I live in bc called a number thatbsaid they represebt divorce and a fellow said i will put you through to laura .he laso knew my location and said nothing took advantage of my immediat need for a lawyer .I clearly stated I have never been in this situation before .I trusted that it was okay and payed a large sum for a parent plan .That was not held up in bc court .she states that I should have known due to the area code and letter head .I thought all lawyers could do what i needed but it was legally her obligation to inform ... read more
they dont care about their client never return calls , very unprofessional all they care about is is money , they took money and never gave any attention to my matter . when i asked for return they are not responding
