I had a great experience. My salesman whose name is Charles Trumps was friendly and helpful finding the car I liked and was able to make a fair trade with the two vehicles I was trading in and I was able to keep from having no loan. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for friendly helpful people.
Service department did not complete the expected service requests on the car even though they said they did. This dealership has had issues from the beginning of my relationship with them, including car purchasing (5 hours for a cash purchase), title did not arrive on time, collision department incompetence, parts ordering incompetence, service department quality issues. Dan and the rest of the sales staff were great. They were prompt and courteous even on a busy saturday. Willing to go the extra mile and answer all my questions to make sure I was happy through the car buying process.
