We had the most enjoyable experience with Wayne Rogers and his delightful assistant Tabitha. We were to lease our new Equinox and they made it painless and FUN. This dealership created the easiest car buying process we've ever had at far less than we expected and it was due to Wayne's exemplary attention to detail and providing the vehicle we wanted. not sure about the sales dept. But the service dept. was lousy. No amenities for the cust. Coffee was not drinkable. I was there with appt. and was not even greeted at my car. Not to mention no donuts on national donut day and they charged my card twice. Oil change that should take less then hour and took over hour 15 minutes. I won't be back. Btw I left 3 messages for service manager to call me and he has not!
McCarthy Chevrolet had Excellent service. Wayne is a very nice person who help me and made sure that I got the car that I wanted. They even let me drive a rental a 2018 Malibu until my car is ready to be picked up. So I had a great experience all around.
We had an excellent experience with Daniel Woolston this last weekend. Unfortunately, we have not had the best of luck with other McCarthy Dealerships. This by far, was the best experience my wife and I have had dealing on a car. We will most definitely recommend Daniel at McCarthy Chevrolet, Lee’s Summit.
