This place SUCKS. Old, not well managed, extremely overpriced. I go to TCU and needed somewhere near campus to live at the last minute in January 2021 & this is what I ended up going with (keep in mind this is my first apartment so I didn’t know any better when I was picking somewhere to live). Originally, heather (management) told me the apartment would be cleaned, repainted, and inspected before I moved in.
