Everything I've ever wanted in life and more... Seriously though. They have everything from the basic cuts all the way to things that would make Anthony Bourdain proud. And it's all local. Local = awesome.
Unbelievably delicious cuts of meat that will change your idea of what you think a steak can taste like. Superb. Perfect. Wonderful. Makes me wish I still lived in ROC City.

Outstanding selection of local meats. Giant cuts of in house dry aged NY Strip, Sirloin, and more. Sausages and Charcuterie, pastrami and more. The salads all look delish. The spicy pickled watermelon salad was just the right amount of heat and sweet. I ordered the Bulgogi sandwich and Ill be back for it soon. if you appreciate flavorful, well balanced creative food this place is for you. The service was excellent as well. super friendly, knowledgeable staff.
Unbelievable quality and taste. I tried the smoked ham and truly feel like I can't eat deli meat from anywhere else now. Once you go McCann's, you won't go back!
Some of the best food I have had in a while. You'll love the flavor but it's the craft and the care that goes into the food that makes it all come together into a truly delicious experience. I hope this place grows into a true staple of Rochester. Go eat here. Now.
