You know the type of juicy sandwich that you have to take your shirt off to eat? Ya it's kinda like that.
Got some scrapple yesterday and just fried it up for breakfast. We just moved here from SE PA and thought we might never see scrapple again! It was delicious and perfectly seasoned. Tonight we will try the award winning ROC hot sauce on some burgers!

This place is a total game changer. Don't wait to scope this place out, you don't know what you're missing. I've only been twice so far, all I can say is I'm beyond impressed! I was as happy with the service as I was the selection. Although I have yet to try any of the prepared foods, the marinated meats and the charcuterie are top notch, and local! I'm planning my next grill cook out soon, now I have one stop shopping!
McCanns is a welcome and much-needed addition to our area. You won't find fresher, better quality, more delicious meat anyplace else in Rochester. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I recently purchased steaks for my Mother's birthday and Kevin walked me through the grilling process and patiently waited while I wrote everything down! Thank you McCann's meats!

McCann's Local Meats is the modern version of the classic butcher shop. The meats are exceptional and the service is second to none. Our most recent purchase was a prime rib for the holidays - our entire family of "foodies" agreed that it was the best prime rib ever!
Hard to put such good food into words! So far had the pot roast prepared dinner, Sheppard Pie, and meatballs. So much to choose from and so little time. Thanks Kevin McCann for the great food and even better memories. Merry Christmas and God bless you and your family!
Stopped by for the first time on Saturday and loved the store. Very helpful staff willing to answer questions. We bought a duck breast and cooked it up. It was AMAZING. We will be back!
