Very responsive to my concerns and questions. Entire staff was friendly, courteous and quite competent. I especially appreciate how communicative all staff members are. I strongly recommend McCandless Dentistry.
The staff is professional while quite friendly. I had a good experience with this group.
I called the office on Wednesday and was told they didn't have an opening until June. I took the date, no need to panic, I had put this torture off long enough. I could wait a bit longer. Thursday morning I get a call from Maria, the office manager. They have a cancellation at 9:15, was I interested. Of course I was. As a new patient I had plenty of paperwork to fill out so I asked Maria if she could help me with it. I have Parkinson's and the dentist's office brings on anxiety and tremors, which I try to hide.
