Scheduled two different times, both times cancelled. 1st time because they didn’t have anyone available at the scheduled time that THEY provided me with, she offered to reschedule me for the next day, then shares that they also didn’t have anyone available after I changed my plans to make it work. Just doesn’t seem reliable. She didn’t even apologize or showed any type of empathy on cancelling. It even sounded like it was something that she’s used to doing (cancelling on people).
McCall's plumbing and electric never disappoints. I have used them for years and they have always provided exceptional service in a prompt time frame.
My experience with McCall’s Electric & Plumbing turned out to be a waste of my time. The lady “J” called me twice to set up the appointment. T McCall was a no call/no show. I left a message the day of regarding the missed appointment and no one even bothered to reach out to me. Very unprofessional!
Arrived early on the day I called to look over my situation, and a was able to fix 2 outdoor bibs in short time a couple of days later at a fair price. Excellent repairs at a fair price. Note: some years back, his brother did an electrical job. Also, very good service… glad I found the receipt!
