Payed my application fee that was $141.95 and received an original move in date for August 1st. Then paid my deposit that was $256.95. When I tried to contact them the week before they did not answer the phone. I called July 31st just to verify I was still moving in and they told me that I would not because it wasn't the unit I requested (renovated upstairs 2 bedroom 2 bath). Horrible place.. they LACK MUCH INTEGRITY. My apartment was suppose to be ready beginning of June didn’t move in until July. My appliances and stove were not move in ready and I was misled about what my apartment would look like. Only been in here three months and I’ve have THREE LEAKS IN MY APT! Three!!! I was supposed to move in a 1 bedroom instead of at 2 they lied and said it was going to be done on the first and it wasn’t done that whole month so they kept changing my date . So I had to move in something I really don’t need or want. The first day it flooded for the first two days . They said I had an attitude but who wouldn’t when they GETTING IGNORED ?! Ion play that . DESERVES NO STARS!! THEVES TRYING TO CHARGE THE RESIDENTS EXTRA TO COVER THEIR WATER LEAKS!! Needs more staff and less spending on such things as mailboxes that we don’t use. Keeping up our laundromats would be great but most of the time they’re down. No lights in parking lots but lights over our brand new mailboxes.

Thank God my lease is up next month. Nothing but problems since I moved in. Last summer did 18 maintenance request to get air unit fixed finally they replaced the unit right when it was about to be fall. Now there is a pest problem. They have sprayed 3 time within the last 6 months. The only thing that has saved me was I was smart enough to purchase boric acid and I placed it all around the wall lining. In every crack, underneath and around furniture and the sides of the walls in the bathroom. The management knows but they d... read more
