I had not updated my glasses for about 6 years. They still function perfectly well, though the prescription is slightly weak. I just needed some better more modern looking glasses. The doctor was extremely thorough and friendly. He took his time with me and answered all of my questions about glaucoma (my family has a history). I felt like I was being treated by family as if I were one of the family. I was made comfortable and treated with respect and felt in charge of my eyes by the time I left.
Buyer Beware: I see from other web reviews that I am not the only one this has happened to. I went here for my annual exam this past year and was also given an incorrect prescription. I could not see at all with my new glasses. I went back to their office and they said it would be $35 for a glasses recheck or "refraction" I spoke with the gentleman in the eyeglass dept and the representative at the front desk and they noted my account and set up an appointment for the so called re-check. I enjoy coming to this office cause the people here are so friendly and nice.
There is not a better group of staff that you will find anywhere! They always care for you like you are a member of the family, and the Doctors are just top notch. They will take care of you the best way possible and if there is something they cannot do, they will make sure you get to another Specialist that will take care of you. Sometimes, because they have so many people they are caring for, you may have to wait awhile to be seen, but in the end it is very much worth it.
