Best place around! Grand Haven YMCA or any other workout facilities within 30 minutes have nothing on this place
The classes at Lakeshore Fitness and the instructors are why I am walking today without a cane! My neurologist is amazed that I am doing so well. If I can do this, just think what you can do. Come try it out!
Since the transition from the Y the newequipment is much better.
Awesome classes Zumba classes are so fun while breaking a sweat.
