They are very freind staff. They welcome me by name everytime I go in. Also helpful when needed. I would recommend anyone that looking for a place to workout or do aqua workout/classes this is the place to go
I love this fitness center! They have everything; workout equipment, pool, sauna, steam room, indoor and outdoor walking track, gym and a wide variety of classes. The staff are all friendly and helpful. And the view is great!
It used to be way nicer when we had a family package deal, but they changed the prices and it's double what we used to pay for our family! So unfair
This is the best thing I have done in a long time. I stoped going to the Y because it was overwhelming with all the kids that were running around. Now I go and I can concentrate on myself and my workouts. I love the friendly people. And with my disability my instructors both in classes and my assesment know what I can and cannot do. But yet still push me to where I need to go. They are well educated instructors and understand what a person with disabilities goes through. And helps me push myself further without injury.
I look forward to going everyday to workout. The staff always greets you with a smile New equipment and it is nice and clean. Also, Pilates class is the BEST with Buffy
The fitness assessment and workout plan was a great way to start off our membership.
