Excellent trainer and Eric is awesome in our book. Administration is good, but not great on the record keeping! 🙄
Has pretty much everything. Machines seperate free weight room for serious lifters. Sauna, steam room, hot tub, gym with upper level jogging track, handball/paddleball courts.
I love the hours available, the friendly, knowledgeable staff. They offer many opportunities for fitness growth and challenges ie the indoor triathalons. They have so many resources and classes to offer. I cannot imagine them not being here.
Facilities are good, but the instructors and classes are absolutely phenomenal. The staff overall are incredibly welcoming and warm.
i cancelled membership and they continued to take money from my account. refuse to refund me anything even though was not using or visiting facility. I'm on disability and can't afford to be ripped off. talked to Jeff thr director who said there is nothing noted in computer except I have not been there in over a year
So instead of fixing the problem they closed the racquetball courts. They refuse to paint, fix walls that are falling apart, clean, update equipment, or have any customer service. Center director is a terrible person. We canceled our membership there after 5 years of putting up with this. Good job MCC lakeshore fitness. Going to Planet Fitness to check out the better side of fitness.
Our 4 year old daughter has been taking preschool 1 swim lessons on and off at Lakeshore Fitness Center and we have been so happy with the results. Specifically this session; she is in a very small group with Miss Nikki and we have seen major improvements with her confidence in the water and beginning skills Thank you!!
