Lived here for 3 years and was happy with the well-maintained building and responsive management
Lived here for three years and had a 10/10 experience. Great communication, maintenance, location, and overall value. Johnson St side can be a little loud if your windows are open, but that comes with living downtown.
I've lived here for a couple years. I'd renew but life is taking me elsewhere. Having just done the apartment search myself, I hope I can help with yours! Pros: - Management is reasonable and helpful. - Maintenance has always responded within a day. - Priced very well considering the location and modernity, and rent increases have been minimal. I'm moving out of Madison in a couple months and saw this complex doesn't have many reviews so I'll chip in: Pros: - Best location in Madison, you can walk to restaurants, bars, concerts, you name it. In the summer being across from James Madison Park is spectacular; I must have watched 15 sunsets over the lake each year. Last, the building itself is nice and quiet although I'd recommend trying to live on the side away from Johnson. - McBride is a great landlord.
