They took care of me and at a really good time . All there staff was helpful .
My experience was disappointing and sub par in service quality. I underwent a medical exam for employment in December 2016 and the results were never forwarded to the employer as i learned in April 2017. After several inquiries I was told that they would contact me, they never did after my first call on 04/24/2017. The results were either lost because of negligence or incompetence, whichever it may be.
We had a very good experience here last night. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Wait time was about what we expected. It was no longer for sure, than any other night clinic/urgent care type place. The setting could definitely be cleaner, as I felt like maybe the place had not been swept or mopped in some time. But, they did have the Lysol and other cleaning going, constantly. So, that was good. The PA seemed very good and thorough, although not necessarily friendly. But, that is A-OK, if we get good care. Rosa is soooo rudeee very unprofessional!! Service given on date of incident was average, personnel efficiency below average in my opinion service is best rendered at a retail service other urgent care facility. Very disappointed! Smiling once in a while won't hurt�
Excellent service I would recommend it to everyone no hassles about changing your PCP, unlike the other night clinic open 365 days of the year!
