stoy aqui desde las 11:56 am y nunca me pasaron y ya van a ser las 2, y si no es porque entra una señora a consultar y le dicen ke no ay doctor hasta dspues d las 2, yo ni en cuenta porque a mi nadie me aviso de eso. muy mal servicio que ni para avisarte son.
I do NOT recommend. I got tested for COVID-19 June 16th, it will be July 16th tomorrow a WHOLE month & never received any test result what so ever. Called often & always got the same response that they would call me when my results came in.
Worst experience. My husband was tested for Covid on June 30 and still no answer. When you call the office to check results they simply tell you test not available and shrug their shoulders. Like whatever there is nothing we can do. In the meantime my husband is still sick. No caring for the situation he is just another number. I understand they are overwhelmed but at least try to help. You might be saving another life.
Terrible el servicio de Testing para Covid, fui a hacerme la prueba el sabado 20 de junio y es fecha que no tengo resultados. Tuve que ir en persona ayer 30 de junio y me dijeron que me llamarian con los resultados y todavia no me llaman. 2 asistentes comiendo frente a la computadora sin mascarilla y otros dos varones sin uniforme solo mascarillas accesando los datos en las computadoras mientras yo parado esperando me atendieran. Ni vayan hay te dicen que los rssultados te los dan de 3-5 días y nada aora hablamos y salieron que en 10 días nos dan resultados!!!!!! Buenos para cobrar pero no son nada serios a mi esposo le dijieron qe el viernes luego k el sábado hoy volvió hablar y que se tardan 10 dias!!!!! para lo del covid virus!!!
