Went to eat there at 2pm on a Monday. Cashiers was bland and not very helpful. Being from Memphis I ordered one of my favorite potatoes from when I was in College. Turns out they are out of potato’s and it will be an hour before they are ready. How does a restaurant that gained its reputation on potatoes not have POTATOES?! Obviously it’s poor management or planning as the cashier said this happens a lot. Potatoes aren’t hard to find and it’s obvious when you are running low or out. This place gets a F!!
Great Cuban sandwich and staff was very courteous
Waited in the drive thru to get food way longer than needed with no one coming to help. Could see our food sitting there.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. This is the 5th time we’ve ordered from the Troy McAlister’s, and the order was incorrect in several ways. We rarely choose to eat here out of pure frustration bc our orders are never right. When we attempted to rectify it this time, or simply get what we ordered and paid for, the manager spoke as if she could not care less. She made no attempts or offers to make it right.
