This firm assisted my family with a property sale transaction including affidavit of heirship and they were very professional. Sharon walked us from start to finish and made the transaction go smoothly for us. They keep you informed during the entire process and we never felt uncomfortable about calling regarding any questions we had. Tim McWilliams is not honest or trustworthy. Go anywhere else for closing. He caused a lawsuit by interfering with a contract based upon an interpretation of a document that my corporation was never a party to.
