Wish I could give negative stars. McNamara Realty has EXTREMELY poor management and very little regard to decency. Landlord was extremely defensive to any question about the property or lease, yelled at my roommate for something that he was at fault for, blames every problem with the apartment on the tenants, and overcharges on rent. DO NOT do business with them if at all possible.
The worst realty company I’ve ever dealt with. They never gave us the pool key to the unit, employees are very rude, don’t know what they are talking about and after you move out they will absolutely gut you for a majority of your security deposit. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM
They charge me by. ACH and they did not cancel an extra payment. Check their apartments before you move really in horrible conditions and they dont fix things. Dirty and probably they charge previous owner cleaning fees like they want to do to me. Old , nasty and overprice. Beware with their apartnents they take advantage because not a lot of availability in SLO. Just read the reviews and judge by yourself.
