Terrible Customer service completely. I came in Saturday to get my nails done they , they only had two ppl . The young girl there didn't give any eye contact with me at all but telling me I can't get them done there today or Sunday only Monday so I booked for Monday at 1pm but, she didn't have my name, my number, who I was seeing nothing just sitting there doing nothing at all looking in her phone completely ignoring me, and half ass doing her job. This is the 2nd time and I won't be back. Their hours say they open at 9am. It's 10:49 on Tuesday and nobody is there. Don't waste your timing driving there like I have as they will probably be closed during their regular posted hours.
I’ve been seeing Kate for a long time. She has always done my nails amazing! Whether it be long and elaborate or short and simple such as the photo I included in this review. Kate is very good at nail art as well :) thank you so much as always, will return again when I can. The nails were under $100, with tip about $150. Always an amazing price with her and quality always seems to last almost a month long

I have been going to this salon for over a year. Today I had my regular monthly appointment. Upon my arrival, Kate had just started a pedicure on someone else. After waiting for 5 minutes, she asked me to give her another 10 minutes (which always turns into 20 mins). I'm working full time and going to school full time, and when I make an appointment, and get there on time because I plan my day accordingly, I expect the same courtesy in return; otherwise, why make an appointment in the first place?
