DO NOT RENT FROM! Poorly kept houses with bad bug infestation. Maintenance man said all the houses are infested with them. They do not hold their end of the contract. For example they are to have the property professionally sprayed for pest control but never did in the year and a half I lived there nor did they for the years my dad lived there. My experience is far from the first of bad experiences shared by neighbors and friends. Other landlords even say that these properties are bad and McNabb Rentals has a poor reputation... read more
