Absolutely horrible. Took way longer than they said it would, I was having heart problems which is actually serious and they made me wait in the waiting room for 3 hrs and then 5 hrs after being in the actual exam room, they came back and said that they didn't know so they made me wait half the day just to tell me that they don't know. Definitely would NOT recommend. Absolutely ridiculous.
ER is unbelievably long. It’s a wonder people don’t pass away in the waiting room.
Timely, friendly, professional, clean, and quiet. No drama.
ER was better than expected overall. You still have to wait but they knew I was in extreme paid (ended up with a triple ankle fracture with dislocation...sick people were on one side of waiting room others in another area. The care inside was great and because the on call surgeon couldn't get me surgery sooner I saw her two days later and surgery was on Monday. Pretty darn quick. I have called this hospital several times for my job inquiring about information and each time the I clearly stated what I need, neither receptionist were capable or knowledgeable of how to connect me to the correct area and would be rude after not being able to help. I’m severely disappointed.
