Had an appointment at 2. Drove from Riverton Hospital. Over an hour. Got here at 205. Line to get in MKDH was 10 mins. line at Dr. Pho office 10 mins. Told I was too late to get in. I needed to reschedule. Drive home 63 mins. Wasted 2 1/2hrs. Horrible customer service.
