I started this business with my wife the year 2000. Our children worked here through high school and some college years, and my father was employed here as our bookkeeper until he retired in 2009. I went there for an estimate and the computer was broken so he told me to come back later. I called and he gave me an estimate over the phone. I called a week later and asked for a paper copy of the estimste and was asked if i was going to have the repairs done there. When I said I was not sure she refused to give me the paper copy. What? Why would I do any business there ever?

Mckay's is what customer service should be! They took care of the tow, rental, and the repair! They've just earned a forever customer, I wouldn't go anywhere else!
