I went there for an estimate and the computer was broken so he told me to come back later. I called and he gave me an estimate over the phone. I called a week later and asked for a paper copy of the estimste and was asked if i was going to have the repairs done there. When I said I was not sure she refused to give me the paper copy. What? Why would I do any business there ever?

Mckay's is what customer service should be! They took care of the tow, rental, and the repair! They've just earned a forever customer, I wouldn't go anywhere else!
