A great job – I recently purchased an 09 steetglide from them, (my second Harley purchase). I was very pleased with all aspects of the sale. I had some accessories installed prior to picking it up, and they did a great job. The bike was ready to go when I got there and rode off very happy. I just had my service done by them as well. Dropped it off, they called when it was done, and it was detailed and ready to go. I've been to many, many shops over the years, and I'm usually not impressed, but these guys do a great job!
I have been shopping there since Bill Chaney used to own the dealership in Pleasant Hill. The fact that they have three locations makes it convenient, if one does not have an item in stock, they can get it from either of the other 2. The Sales dept is a laid back environment, not like some dealerships that outsource salesman from the irritating car industry. They actually encourage you to sit on the machines, are not pushy, and are always there to help. Check them out.
Helped me find the part i needed and were nice about it – They are all real helpful and all knowledgeable. I went in looking for some gloves and the girls helped me out big time. Show room was clean and people were so nice. Parts was good they helped me find the part i needed and were nice about it. I haven't tried service dept yet but I'm planning on it!

They have always been there to help me – We have been buying bikes from these guys since I was 15 my dad has had two of everything so fair. When I turned 16 I bought my first bike from them and no mater what I have done to it they have always been there to help me. Even though I voided my warrenty by putting mods on it they still picked it up from my house when it would not start. This is just few things they do. I would tell everyone to buy from them. I just wish I could of bought my Ducati here to as ace in concord sucked.
Great Customer Service – My friends and I have been shopping there for a long time. They have great customer service, large inventory, and best of all they're open 7 days a week!
avoid this store.... they are scam artist, and the the owner is ignorant – the employees are ignorant this is the worst harley store ever ...the owner is not very smart its pretty apparent...the lie to push off products on unsuspecting customers.............
