They are rude! My husband wanted to look at a jeep and the guy insulted him in the back lot. Would not give him the time of day because he did not have an appointment. He called to talk to management and was again insulted and called "tough guy".

At this time due to Covid-19, we are under very strict guidelines from the state and we have had to let several prospective customers know they can't just walk onto the lot or into the store without an appointment. We would rather accommodate everyone as we usually do, then turn anyone away, but we have to urge everyone to call and make an appointment unfortunately. Respond to emails from out of town customers. I've been trying to get a VIN for a vehicle for sale to run a Carfax. What are they hiding? Three emails sent, and one reply, "call to make an appointment to come in".

sorry for the slow response richard, due to covid we are currently working with a limited staff, hours, and by appointment only. we are always more than happy to give customers vin numbers or any info they may request. we have vin numbers on other sites for our cars, and will make an effort to add the vin to craigslist as well going forward. we also provide carfax on site for all cars that we sell. we are so sorry you have had this experience.
I purchase a ford f150 from you guys and i love it!!! you guys done a great job bringing it to Alaska Marine Lines if anyone in southeast Alaska looking for vehicles this is the dealership to get one. this is the 2nd truck we got from them both running awesome and still own.
