Very rude and unprofessional receptionist to the highest level. I called them to schedule an appointment since it is within my insurance network and listed as accepting new patient in my insurance's website. But to my surprise, without even saying Hi or asking what was my call for, and perhaps recognizing that I am not an existing patient, the receptionist outrightly said "we don't accept new patient"! I can't imagine what kind of people I'd be dealing with during visits if I were taken in.
Dr Craig and Crew always make you feel very very comfortable while being professional and quick... I would highly recommend Craig and to talk about cars as well!
Hands down best dentist ever. Love talking with him. He loves to get to know people. Won't destroy your gums. Isn't rough at all. And his model car collection is super cool. Would definitely recommend him.
Dr. Craig McDonough is not only a top notch dentist...he is a tremendous human being!
