9 weeks and nothing done - I took my power washer for repair 4/16/18. Two weeks later, I called for status report and was told I needed to authorize repair up to $100 (they hadn't called me). A couple of weeks later, I called and they said they needed to order parts. A couple of weeks later, I called and was told parts were not in. Today, 6/19/18, 9 weeks later, I called and told them I was going to pick up my unrepaired power mower and go somewhere else. After 5 weeks for a mower tune up, I picked up my mower and found the bolt and nut missing from the self propel handle. Last summer they had it a month and I still had to use starter spray every time. I am a long term customer but looking for a new mower repair company. Would NOT recommend.

I cannot recommend this store. I took in a piece of equipment in, it took a month to get a call that my small tiller would cost $190 to fix. I asked for them to not, it was not worth that. i arrived and was charged $27 for (breakdown). I was then handed my tiller with a bag attached with all the parts. i asked what is this and was told it is your parts off the unit, and was told it would be another $27 to put it back together. Don’t waste your time and money in this establishment. I took my Ariens riding lawn mower to fix a problem. They took 4 weeks to get it back to me, and the saddest part they did not fix the problem all they did was the service. When I called to check on the status the manager said they had found the problem and they were going to order blades and a cab kit, a week went by did not hear from them so I called back the tractor was not ready. I was extemely happy at the service I received from Jay at McCoys Lawn Equipment. He took quite a bit of time reviewing the different brands he had along with what would fit my needs and use. He sold me a unit he did not even have in stock where as most people will sell you what is in front of you to make the deal. I received my product in just a few days and another person in his staff even assembled it for me before I left. I also purchased some parts for my weadeater and blades for my mower. We took our 3 year old lawn mower there to get routine maintenance. They were very professional and did a great job. I would recommend them to everyone.
