I cannot say enough good things about Mercedes Benz Techs. David is outstanding. He is extremely knowledgeable about Mercedes and takes the time to explain the issues with your car in layman's terms. For me, he also took the time to show me how things work on the car. I went in with a problem with my trunk and needing an oil change. He discovered and showed me some problems with two gaskets and the rotors. Since he showed me the problem, I know that he was not trying to run up the bill.
