I rented from Matt Brancato for 2 years in college. He was always super responsive and any issues we had while living in the home were resolved that day. Our side walks were always cleared following snow storms and he was a very fair landlord. Overall I highly suggest looking for affordable housing with Matt and have suggested him time and time again.

I rented from Matt for one year. The property was extremely affordable and well maintained. The neighborhood is very calm and quiet. He is an attentive and responsive landlord, and has graciously offered to be a reference for my rental applications. I highly recommend renting from him!

I rented from Matt for 1 year during my grad school. He was very nice and on top of any issues I texted him about. Also when I was touring the place he offered me peace of mind, as a woman about to live alone, that the apartment building was safe enough that his own daughter lived in a unit there. Overall, Matt was a great landlord to have and if I didn’t leave Oswego I would’ve kept him as my landlord.
